Unfortunately, my betta has just passed away. He developed a Fungus infection, Tail rot, and Internal & External parasites after fighting with the Angelfish. Attempting treatment was in vain. Poor little Fishi.
my god that sucks. I can relate. but with all that shit on my record, I'd rather be flushed then have to live with it all :/
I used to have a tank of fish, all of whom I loved like anyone's dog or cat.
I bought some goldfish and plopped them in there too. they had some sort of disease, and it killed ALL of my fish. ALL of them. even a plecostomus which I had for 3+ years. I loved him and his little round mouth......fucking murderers.
...but thats in the past now. I must move on. my tank doesnt currently fit in my room, so when my mother forces me to go downstairs and turns my room into a walk-in closet, I'm going to get it up again. and maybe this time, saltwater?? who knows. I've always wanted a saltwater tank, saltwater fish are just so much infinitely cooler. Anemonies!! and those little tiny crabs. those are adorable.
I miss my fish. I remember vowing never to buy another goldfish as long as I lived. I never will. I hate goldfish.
-- my aphorism: comments are like candies. It's nice to get one once in a while, when you're good. But asking for one not only makes you sound greedy but ruins the surprise when you DO get one. Comments are a privilege, not a requirement.
