Yeah, so yesterday is officially the saturday of doom. Prolly one of the worst days I've had in a while. It started out with me losing vision in one eye and half in the other, and that progressing into my first migraine. Yeah, not fun because it lasted pretty much all day. It honestly felt like someone decided to take a railroad spike and stab it repeatedly into my left frontal lobe. Not too much fun...Then, about an hour into my migraine, my mom comes and gives me a cool compress and says: "Did you hear me tell your father that Mummi (grandma) is in the hospital?" ...WONDERFUL! My grandma is honestly the coolest old babe ever! She thinks that the only two words of the english language worth knowing are "Chocolate" and "Ice Cream". I guess her arm swelled up and started to hurt really bad, and when she got into the hospital, they said that the infection levels in her blood are sky high...So I'm really worried and upset--I hope she gets better... After that news, I spent most of the day trying to get rid of the pounding in my head. At about 4 in the afternoon it started pouring outside. My mom yelled down the stairs at me to get a bucket. I was confused, so I grabbed the aquarium bucket and ran up the stairs--despite my muscles screaming at me for doing so (...damn weight training). Turns out we have a leak in the roof. If my dad can't fix it himself, then we wont have enough money to fix it--and a leak in the roof is nothing that you can just leave... So yeah, add on that stress to an already stressed out teenager... Its like trying to spread too little butter over too much bread--it doesn't work.... So I've basically had enough of everything, so I head off to petsmart to make myself feel better. I bought two more fish because they're a stress reliever. Honestly! If you sit and just watch them swim around all carefree, it makes you feel better. So I got a catfish and a goldfish. I got home, put them in the tank and got them used to chemical levels and the difference in temperature. When I released them, the smaller angelfish went beserk. It started picking on the goldfish--who didn't take the harassment from it, so after that, the angel left the goldfish alone. But then, the angelfish turned on the other angelfish. The big angelfish's fins are in shreds because the little one kept pestering it. I almost lost the big one because it was getting really stressed out. I had to do something with the little one...So now I'm down an angelfish and up a goldfish and a catfish. I checked this morning, and everyone looks happy. Today should be better--I'm goin out to dinner with Kris, Lisa, and Julie and I'm getting a buncha expensive clothes for free because a nice lady at the Board of Realtors was gonna throw out her nice suits. This'll be great for college interviews.
